B -Stomach - (3 lectures)
Lecture 1- all minor topics - Anatomy, Hypertropic pyloric stenosis, Volvolus/ Bezoar/ Menetriers
Lecture 2- Peptic ulcer and H pylori, Bariatric
Lecture 3- Cancer, Lymphoma & GIST
C- LIVER- (3 lectures)
Lecture 1- Couinaud anatomy, Abscess & Cyst, Other minor topics
Lecture 2 - Portal HTN
Lecture 3 - Benign and malignant tumours Malignant tumours.
D- Biliary system- (3 lectures)
Lecture 1- Anatomy & Gall stone- (etiopathogenesis and cholecystitis)
Lecture 2- Choledochilithiasis & Approach to jaundice
Lecture 3- Gall bladder cancer/cholangiocarcinoma/ choledochal cyst/ Biliary surgery & complication (bile leak)
E- Pancreas- (3 lectures)
Lecture 1- Acute pancreatitis
Lecture 2 - Chr pancreatitis endocrine tumours
Lecture 3- Cancer & Cystic tumour
F- Small intestine - (3 lectures)
Lecture 1- Anatomy, Duodenal conditions atresia, annular pancreas, Wilkie syndrome, IPSID, Malabsortion. Meckel's diverticulum,
Lecture 2- obstruction, TB, IBD, Tumors.
Lecture 3 - Paediatric condition (malrotation, meconium ileus etc), peritoneum and mesentry. Appendix
G- Colon- (2 lectures)
Lecture 1-Colorectal cancer
Lecture 2- all other conditions (volvulus, diverticulitis etc)
H- Rectum & anal canal- (1 lecture)
Lecture 1-Anatomy, Rectal cancer, piles, fissure, fistula, Pilonodal sinus, proctitis, prolapse etc
I- Transplant- liver, pancreas, intestine- 1 lecture
J - Hernia and abdominal wall.
